STUDENT TESTEMONIALS

“I felt like I was in a workshop. I was looking over your shoulder, and you explained the "why" so beautifully. Plus, there's the added value of seeing the comparison of the final photos, and it all just clicked for me—AHH, I get it now. Mouth wide open. Thank you, thank you! ”

BARBORA

“Even though I’ve been photographing for years, something always felt missing. But after just the first lesson of your course, it finally clicked—I had never truly learned to understand light!
And what a relief! Seeing the advice applied in real-life situations made all the difference. I wish you had created this course three years ago—imagine where I could be now... I can’t thank you enough. It truly opened my eyes!”

MICHAELA

“I really enjoyed all of this, plus your presentation is so pleasant and everything is explained so clearly. Watching you over your shoulder during all the shoots was a huge AHA moment, but for me, especially the chapter on low artificial light and the harsh midday sun—that really clicked in my head :D I’ll be rewatching this many more times. ”

WHO WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE COURSE?

Sample Image

My name is Kateřina Zonygová, and I’m a family and wedding photographer as well as a storytelling photography instructor.

Light fascinates me, and not a day goes by without me observing it. My journey to understanding light was long, and throughout it, I missed a comprehensive guide that would provide clear instructions and an overview to start from. The fundamental rules that you can apply at any time and break only through a conscious choice. A method that, once you tune into it, will become second nature and run in the background of all your observations. This will allow you to focus on other aspects of the photo.

And that’s why I created the course LIGHT IS EVERYTHING. I look forward to welcoming everyone who decides to embark on this sparkling journey with us! 😊
